What is Holistic Massage?
The word holistic means treating the whole person – not just the presenting condition which may or may not appear. It means looking at everything about you, your job, your home-life, diet, exercise regime, sleep patterns as well as your general health background.

This massage treatment can stimulate and relax the body and mind. The skin, blood and lymphatic systems are stimulated which boosts circulation, aids cellular renewal and removes toxic wastes. As tense muscles relax, stiff joints loosen and nerves soothed, the client experiences an all over feeling of relaxation and wellbeing.
